For this Top Chef-driven, one-of-a-kind culinary experience led by Chef Dawn Burrell, the winner of Top Chef Portland Season 18, we let the food do the talking and kept a simple, monochrome color palette with pops of black, gold and yellow to set the mood for holiday. Matte black wax hand-dipped bottle vases held bouquets of white florals and greenery with yellow undertones in the center of the table. The event raised money benefiting a local organization dedicated to improving the health of women who work in the restaurant industry.
